MAINTENANCE AFTER USE - To keep the pan's properties intact and avoid oxidation, wash it in hot water, eliminating cooking residue. Dry immediately with a rag or paper towel. To disinfect the pan from time to time: heat coarse salt in the pan for 1 minute and a half on a high heat and then dry with paper towels. Coarse salt will eliminate residue from previous cooking and odors. Grease with oil and keep away from moisture. Attention! Do not leave the pan to soak. In case of fouling, use an abrasive sponge. Don't put in the dishwasher
